Hello Jeffrey,
This is Jon Ridenour, writing you to say thank you
for a great trip yesterday! My sons and I enjoyed all
parts of the tour and the day, and especially enjoyed
our tour guide, Rae Clinch.
Rae has a knack for friendly and knowledgeable conversation,
and was also a great "team builder". It didn't
take her long to make everyone on the bus feel like
we were all new friends who just met at a party, which
enhanced the whole day's activities. She led us very
well through the multiple timetables, in a very relaxed
but efficient way. I hope Rae will ring us up when she's
in California; I do consider her a new friend.
And I was also impressed with her driving skills. Combined
with her knowledge of the Katoomba area, which got us
around some big highway tie-ups vis smaller local lanes,
her attention to the road even while narrating local
and Australian information and stories was amazing.
Nothing about the day would have been nearly as relaxing
without such a safe and skilled driver.
You are indeed fortunate to be able to work with her,
and so were we!
Jeffrey, you also have my compliments, along with Rae,
for establishing a tour that had so many "off the
beaten track" points of interest and time management.
We enjoyed every stop, with just the right amount of
time at each one. The lunch was a real feast, and in
a most beautiful setting on the golf course. The wildlife
park almost put my son Paul into a trance. I've never
seen him so focussed on the animals and, he took hundreds
of photographs. Of course, the nominal attraction of
the Blue Mountains was also as spectacular as ever,
with awesome views and walks. And the wine tasting!
Wish I could afford every varietal!
I think you have collectively found the right business.
You make a great team, and I wish you both continued
success in the hospitality business for years to come!

Hi,
We are finally home and I wanted to send an email to let
you all know how much we enjoyed our Blue Mountain Tour.
Lucky for us we had perfect weather. Nigel did a great
job showing us around. I enjoyed that he was able to take
us on some good hikes. We enjoyed getting away from the
other tour buses. The mountains were beautiful. We enjoyed
the cable car rides and the railway ride up the mountain.
Our lunch at the Country Club was good and came at the
right time for a break.
Thanks again to Nigel and Sydney Wilderness tours for
making this tour so memorable. T

Hi, Just wanted to e-mail you to say we've just returned from a great holiday in Australia, but wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our day trips to the Hunter Valley last Tuesday (with Daniel) and the Blue Mountains on Friday (with Nigel). They both made the days go well, and helped to make our second visit to Oz really special. Please pass our thanks on to them

I recently travelled to the Hunter Valley today on one of your tours. I am writing to let you know what a wonderful day we all had. My thanks must go to Nigel our driver for making the day such a fantastic experience.He went out of his way to meld us into a cohesive group and his commentary was both educational and interesting. I will certainly recommend your tours to my friends.

Nigel was a brilliant guide and added a lot of value for the crowd of international students – the whole day ran like clock work, from the organizing of the wine tastings, to the arrival at Potters Brewery with lunch on the table waiting for us. My boyfriend and I had always wanted to do a tour of the Hunter Valley . I could not thanik Sydney Wilderness Tours enough for the wonderful experience they gave us. Nigel our tour guide, you were fantastic. I strongly suggest that you get a pay rise, your worth your wait in gold.
